The corrected assembly operated normally on retest, and the new seam showed no visible deformation after <strong>100 open-close cycles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>For the water check, we sprayed at <strong>1.0 L\/min from 30 cm for five minutes<\/strong>, at about <strong>45\u00b0<\/strong>, and repeated the check three times. The average sum of readings across the five observed zones\u2014front corners, center seam, side rails, tailgate seal and cargo floor\u2014fell from <strong>18 mL per run to 2 mL per run<\/strong> after the adjustments. That gives us a concrete way to review the seal locations and retest the changes on a sample.<\/p>\n<p>When we review a sample for a customer, we start with the <em>usual item<\/em> and <em>actual loading place<\/em>, then measure the lid around them.
