What is a graduated flexible lead strip?
Instead of repeating one segment size, this lead (Pb) adhesive strip carries five graduated segments, 5g, 10g, 15g, 20g and 25g, for a 75g strip. Keeping adjacent segments together gives 15g, 30g, 35g, 45g and so on, so one strip covers small hatchback wheels and larger SUV alloy rims alike. Deep scores let technicians break off the right amount by hand with no cutter, and the supplier states the flexible shape conforms closely to the rim.
Segment values are moulded into the lead, so the right combination is easy to read. For distributors and mobile fitters with limited van space, one box replaces several single-size strips. A second format with 35g and 40g segments appears in the supplier photos; ask our sales team if heavier steps interest you.

How does one graduated strip replace several?
With a single-size strip, a 45g correction means counting out nine 5g segments. Here the technician breaks off the 20g and 25g segments together and the job is done, with fewer offcuts and less waste.

Graduated or single-size: which suits your shop?
Graduated strips are ideal for shops seeing a wide variety of wheel sizes. If your work is high-volume and fairly uniform, single-size strips such as the lead 5g x 12 may be quicker, since technicians simply count segments; the same lead strip range page lists all our other lead strips.
If lead is restricted where you sell, use steel instead, such as the steel 5g+10g x 4 or the rounded 5g x 12.
Packing and shipping
Strips are packed 20 pcs per box, then into export cartons. The small box makes the strip easy to add to a mixed order or stock in a mobile fitter’s van. Tell us your destination port and we will advise on cartons and freight.
Can we put our brand on it?

How do I separate the segments?
Break them by hand along the deep scores. No cutter is needed.
Can I keep segments together to make larger values?
Yes. Adjacent segments can stay joined, for example 20g + 25g = 45g, or you can use the whole 75g strip.
Can I sell lead weights in any market?
No. Lead wheel weights are restricted in some markets, so please check your local regulations before ordering.
How do I make sure it stays on?
Clean and dry the marked spot on the inner barrel, fit at room temperature and press firmly along the whole length after peeling the liner.
