Fitment check

How to Confirm Fitment for Your Pickup

Four details decide whether pickup truck accessories such as a cover, step or bed part fit a given truck. Check them before you order, and send them to us so we can match each part to the trucks you sell.

01

Bed length

Pickup beds come in short, standard and long lengths, and the same model can be sold with more than one. Covers and bed parts are made per length, so this is the first thing we check.

How to check: Measure along the bed floor from the inside of the front wall (bulkhead) to the inside of the closed tailgate. Round to the nearest inch and send the number.

02

Cab style

Regular, extended and crew cabs change the space under the doors and often the bed length too. Running boards are sized to the cab.

How to check: Count the doors and note the badge or trim name, for example crew cab, double cab or SuperCrew.

03

Model year and generation

A redesign can move mounting points, bed rails and tailgate shape, so a part made for one generation may not carry over to the next.

How to check: Send the model year and, if you know it, the generation or chassis code from the registration or VIN.

04

Factory rails, liners and racks

Bed rail systems, drop-in or spray-in liners, toolboxes and racks can change how a cover or bed accessory sits.

How to check: Tell us what is already in the bed, or send a photo looking in over the tailgate.

What to Send Us for a Truck Accessories Quote

One line per truck is enough. A photo of the bed and the badge helps when you are unsure of the generation or cab.
