Multi-category Sourcing & Consolidation
Buy several product lines through one purchasing process. Products are mainly made in Yirox's own factory in Wuxi. When your list includes items outside our own lines, sourcing is decided per project: our vetted partner factories can supply any of our product categories, and we can also consolidate goods from suppliers you already use.
It works alongside our auto parts manufacturing services, including wholesale and repeat supply and private label packaging.
In-house Manufacturing vs Specialist Supply
Injection-molded exterior parts and wheel center caps are made in our own factory. Specialist items, such as real carbon fiber and fiberglass spoilers, come from partner factories we have vetted. Your quote shows which items are made where.
Product-specific Source Responsibility
Every item on your order has a named source and a clear owner for quality. We tell you whether a product is made in-house or by a partner, and we stay responsible for checking it before it ships.
Mixed-order Inspection
Mixed orders are inspected item by item against approved samples and your specification, whether they come from our factory, a partner or a supplier you nominate.
Consolidation and Repacking
Goods from different sources are received at our facility, checked, relabeled or repacked if needed, and shipped together in one consolidated shipment with one set of export documents.
Product Documents from Different Suppliers
Documents such as test reports, PPAP files and recycled-content statements are collected per product and per source, so each item's paperwork matches the item.
Do you tell me which items are made by partner factories?
Yes. Your quote shows whether each item is made in our own factory or by a partner. Products are mainly made in-house; sourcing is decided per project.
Can you consolidate products from my other suppliers into one shipment?
Yes. We can receive, inspect, repack and ship third-party goods together with your Yirox order.
