Sell automotive exterior parts under your own brand without building a factory. Yirox manufactures the parts, puts your logo on the part and the box, and packs each order with color boxes, labels, barcodes including Amazon FNSKU, and installation manuals. We can sign an NDA, and we offer low MOQ on selected items.
Private label manufacturing means we make the product and you sell it under your brand. For automotive exterior parts, that covers much more than a sticker on a box. Fitment information, left and right parts, hardware kits and installation guides all have to carry your brand and match the part inside.
Our factory in Wuxi is certified to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, and since 2010 we have supplied brands, importers and online sellers in more than 40 countries.

Typical private label products include spoilers, lips, side skirts, diffusers, black trim parts, wheel center caps, Tesla Model Y-specific parts, pickup accessories and wheel balancing weights.
Brands that already sell exterior parts use our private label service to add new products under their name without building tools from scratch. They choose from existing products and add their branding, packaging and documents. Solutions for aftermarket brands →
Amazon and online store sellers need retail-ready packaging, barcodes and clear instructions. We prepare goods so they can move straight into a fulfillment center. Solutions for e-commerce sellers →
Distributors who sell several brands often add a house brand for better margins. Our range of exterior parts, wheel center caps, pickup accessories and wheel balancing weights lets them build that brand across several categories with one supplier. Solutions for distributors and importers →
White label manufacturing is the fastest route: you choose from existing products and add your brand. Private label adds your own packaging, documents and, where possible, details on the part itself. If you need a different shape or a new part, see OEM / ODM manufacturing.
| Route | What changes | Tooling | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| White label | Your brand on our standard product and packaging | None | Fast range launch |
| Private label | Your brand, packaging, manuals and selected product details | Usually none, sometimes a logo insert | Brands building their own identity |
| Custom development (OEM / ODM) | Your own design or a part developed for you | New or modified tool | Unique products |
A strong private label range starts with products your customers already buy. We help you pick items based on fitment coverage, packaging size and how easy they are to install. Parts with clear fitment and simple installation tend to have fewer returns, which matters most for a new brand.
If you want a product we do not yet make, it can become a development project through our vehicle-specific development service.

Spoilers, lips, skirts and diffusers are often sold as sets. Your brand can appear on the box, the manual and a discreet nameplate or molded-in logo on the part. Finishes include gloss black, carbon pattern and primer.

Black trim parts are popular with online buyers who want a simple upgrade. Clear fitment text and installation steps matter most here, because buyers often install them at home.

Center caps are ideal for logo branding. Your logo can be printed or molded into the cap face, and caps can be packed singly or in sets.

Tonneau covers and truck accessories carry more hardware and larger cartons. Hardware bags, carton labels and bed-size marking are the key branding points.

Model Y-specific wheel caps, mud flaps and interior parts can carry your brand on the part and the package, with fitment text for the correct Model Y version.

Balancing weights for tire shops can be supplied in branded boxes. See private label wheel weights packaging approval.

Your logo can be added to the part itself through printing or a molded-in design, or carried on a nameplate or badge. The best option depends on the part’s surface, finish and where the logo will be seen. Molded-in logos usually need a tool insert, which we confirm during sampling.
Color boxes carry your brand, product photos, fitment and contents. We produce boxes to your artwork and check that the part fits the box without rubbing or bending.
Product labels, part numbers, UPC and EAN barcodes, and Amazon FNSKU labels can be applied in our factory so goods are ready for your warehouse or Amazon FBA.
Manuals carry your brand and show tools, steps and safety notes. Clear instructions reduce returns, so we check each manual against the approved sample and hardware kit.
Outer cartons carry shipping marks, SKU, quantity and carton numbers so your warehouse can receive goods quickly and correctly.
The finish is part of your brand. We match each SKU to one approved finish and keep it the same on every order.
Suits spoilers and styling parts sold ready to install.
Gives an injection-molded part a carbon-fiber look.
Suits brands that sell to body shops that paint to the car’s color.
Molded in for trim and chrome-delete ranges, with no paint needed.
Lips, skirts and diffusers often ship in several pieces. Each piece is labeled with its position and the guide shows the installation order, the clips and the tape locations.
Center caps and wheel covers can be packed singly for replacement sales or as sets of four. Set packaging needs dividers so caps do not scratch each other in transit.
Tonneau covers ship with clamps, rails and hardware bags. We label each hardware bag and print the vehicle and bed size on the carton so the right kit reaches the right customer.
Left and right parts, trim variants and color versions look similar but are not interchangeable. We mark each part and label each box clearly, which prevents mixed variants and wrong-side returns.
For vehicle parts, the box is also a fitment guide. Your packaging can show the make, model and years the part fits, the position on the vehicle, and what is included. We check fitment text against the approved sample and the vehicle information you give us, because a wrong year range on a box causes more returns than almost any other packaging mistake.

Online buyers often want a single replacement cap or clip. Retail buyers prefer complete sets. We help you plan both packaging formats so one product can serve both channels.
Cheaper packaging can cost more if parts arrive scratched or bent. Gloss surfaces need film or sleeves, long parts need stiffeners and clips need protection. We test the packaging sample before volume packing and suggest where protection matters most for your parts and shipping route.
Selling online or in stores?Tell us the channel and we will suggest packing that protects the part and fits your brand.
Packaging is chosen part by part. Common options include:
Printed corrugated or folding carton for retail display.
Boxes with a printed label for cost-sensitive channels.
Protection for gloss black and carbon pattern surfaces.
Support for long parts such as spoilers and side skirts.
Bags for clips, screws and small parts.
Inserts that hold wheel center cap sets.
We suggest the protection level based on the part’s finish, size and your shipping route, and confirm it on the packaging sample.
Choose the packaging that matches where your product is sold. Many brands use more than one format across a range.
| Packaging type | Best for | What it can carry |
|---|---|---|
| Printed color box | Retail shelves and premium online listings | Logo, product photos, fitment, barcode, multi-language text |
| Brown carton with printed label | Distributor and workshop supply | Part number, barcode, fitment and quantity |
| Blister or retail card | Small trims and accessory sets hung on display hooks | Logo, short fitment line, barcode |
| Polybag with label | Parts packed inside a master carton or kit | SKU label, barcode, left/right marking |
| Master carton | Shipping and warehouse storage | Carton marks, quantity, gross weight, SKU |
Gloss black and carbon pattern parts scratch easily in transit. We can add protective film, foam, paper wrap or carton dividers so the part arrives in the same condition it left inspection.
Manuals can be printed in your brand style and included with clips, screws, brackets or adhesive tape. We check that the hardware in each kit matches the approved sample.
Online marketplaces have their own labeling rules. We apply UPC or EAN barcodes to retail boxes and Amazon FNSKU labels to each unit when needed, and mark outer cartons for inbound shipping. Tell us the channel and we will confirm which labels go on the unit, the box and the carton before production starts, so goods are not rejected at the warehouse.

Online sellers need packaging that survives parcel networks and labels that scan the first time. We can apply FNSKU labels, print barcodes on boxes or labels, and pack parts so they meet your marketplace and warehouse requirements. Tell us which marketplace and fulfillment program you use, and we will confirm the label size, position and carton marking before packing starts.
A short brief is enough to begin: your product list, target market and sales channel, your logo and brand guide, any packaging artwork you already use, and the barcode or labeling rules of your marketplace. We reply with packaging options, sample plans and a quote.
Have your logo and product list?Send them with your target quantities and we will map the products, branding and packaging.
You send your logo, brand guide and any existing artwork. We send dielines for boxes and labels.
We prepare proofs for the box, label, manual and logo on the part for your review.
You receive a branded sample with packaging to check color, print quality and fit.
After sign-off, the approved sample becomes the standard for every batch.
Work through this list to keep your first order on schedule.
Branded products go through the same inspection as our own: incoming materials, in-process checks and final inspection against the approved sample. On request we can provide PPAP documentation up to Level 3, weathering test reports and recycled-content statements. See certifications and compliance.

Your customers expect the same box, the same print and the same part every time. We keep your approved artwork, approved sample and packaging specification on file, check each batch against them, and confirm with you before any change, such as a new revision, a new box size or updated artwork.

Every reorder of a painted or chrome part is measured against your approved sample, using the same instruments and limits each time.
| Check | Limit | Instrument |
|---|---|---|
| Color difference | ΔE*ab ≤1.0; ≤0.8 on critical colors | X-Rite Ci64 spectrophotometer (d/8°, SCI + SCE) |
| Gloss | Read at 20°, 60° and 85° | BYK micro-TRI-gloss meter |
| Paint film thickness | Total 35–50 μm (base, color and clear coats) | BYK 8500 coating thickness gauge |
| Paint adhesion | Cross-hatch grade 0–1 | Cross-hatch test |
| Chrome | Trivalent chrome as standard; CASS 48 h without blistering | Plating line test panels |
Logos and badges follow the same rules. Chrome-plated parts use plating-grade ABS with copper 18–22 μm, nickel 12–18 μm and chrome 0.2–0.3 μm (total ≥32 μm); ordinary PC/ABS is not suitable for plating, so we confirm the substrate when we review your logo part.
Paint lines and finishes are detailed on painting and surface finishing; plated logos and trim on chrome plating.
Your brand, artwork and product plans stay confidential. We can sign an NDA before you share designs, and your artwork is used only for your orders.
We offer low MOQ on selected items. Tell us your product list and we will confirm the options in your quote.
We check each of these during sampling so they are fixed before production.
Colors and print sizes look different on a real box.
Without clear marks on the part and box, wrong-side returns rise quickly.
A scratched spoiler in a branded box damages the brand, not only the part.
A hardware bag that is not on the packing checklist is easy to forget.
Manuals that do not match the exact part confuse installers.
Products are mainly made in our own factory in Wuxi, so the team that makes your part also packs it under your brand.
We focus on exterior parts and wheel center caps, where finish and fit decide whether a customer leaves a good review.
ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certification, PPAP up to Level 3, weathering test reports and recycled-content statements support your own compliance checks.
NDA available, low MOQ on selected items, and packaging options from simple labels to full retail boxes.
Private label often grows into more. Brands that start with our standard parts later ask for a logo insert in the tool, a new color, or a part for a vehicle we do not cover yet. Those requests move into tooling and sampling or vehicle-specific development, and the branded packaging, manuals and labels you already approved carry over.
When a range is established, wholesale and repeat supply keeps it in stock with the same finish and packaging on every order. If your range includes items outside our own product lines, sourcing is decided per project and we tell you which items come from partner factories.
Brand owners on packaging, labels and getting products ready for their channels.
“We started with the product, but the packaging ended up being just as important for our business. They helped coordinate our logo, barcode placement and box artwork. Having all of that handled together made our first branded order much easier.”
“Our biggest concern was getting products into the right retail packaging without doing additional work locally. The cartons, labels and product information were organised around our requirements. It’s the sort of thing customers never notice when it’s done properly.”
“We sell through several online channels, and every label mistake creates extra work. The team was patient with our FNSKU and carton marking requirements, even when we changed the artwork. That attention to the boring details really helped.”
