Nothing in these Terms supersedes those specific agreements.
4. Product Information and Accuracy
4.1 Product Descriptions

5. Commercial Transactions and B2B Sales
5.1 Separate Terms of Sale

All purchases of products, including standard SKUs, low-MOQ trial orders, and OEM/ODM programs, are subject to our separate General Terms and Conditions of Sale or specific commercial contracts agreed upon at the time of order. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Use and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the latter shall prevail with respect to the commercial transaction.
5.2 Quotations and Pricing
Any pricing information or quotations provided via the Site are for informational purposes and do not constitute a legally binding offer until confirmed by a formal written order confirmation from Yirox.
