Pain Points of Importers & Distributors

Most distributors do not lose money on the unit price. They lose it after the container arrives: cartons that cannot be identified without opening them, a packing list that does not match, a second order that does not look like the first, and claims that take weeks to settle.

Repeat orders drift

The first shipment matches the sample. Later batches change color, fit or packaging because the supplier changed material, mold or subcontractor.

Mixed containers arrive mixed up

Twenty SKUs share one container, cartons are unmarked, and your warehouse spends days sorting before anything reaches the shelf.

Claims stall

A wrong part or a short count turns into a long email thread instead of a replacement.

Key facts for importers and distributors

  • Mixed containers planned and packed by SKU.
  • Every carton carries a batch code for traceability.
  • Mixed orders checked item by item.
  • Low MOQ on selected items.
  • Two CMMs in-house, with PPAP up to Level 3.
  • Made in our IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certified factory of about 20,000 m² in Wuxi, China.

How We Solve Them

Each pain point has a factory answer: one production process for repeat batches, SKU-zoned mixed containers, and batch codes that make claims quick to trace.

MOQ is discussed per project, and we offer low MOQ on selected items so you can test a line before stocking it in depth.

Terms for Distributors

Most distributor programs from Chinese factories publish fixed MOQs per SKU and per container. We treat those as a starting point. Several requirements can be relaxed case by case, and region and shipping route often change what makes sense, so terms are agreed per project.

TermHow we handle it
MOQLow MOQ on selected items; otherwise discussed per SKU, and can be lowered when SKUs share a container
Mixed containersMixed SKUs and product lines in one container, loaded in packing-list order
SamplesSamples before a first order; how samples are charged is agreed per project
Lead timeConfirmed in the quotation. In Case D, first orders took 36 days and repeats took 25–30 days
Shipping and termsPort, route, destination documents and payment terms depend on your region and are discussed per project

Send your product list, vehicle applications, target market and estimated quantities, and we reply with a quotation within one business day.

Case Study: 22 SKUs in One Container

Case D · Middle East / EU distributor

22 SKUs in one container — and no missing-part complaints since.

The challenge

Mixed containers are where suppliers usually fail: cartons that cannot be identified without opening them, a packing list that does not match, and missing parts found at the counter.

What we did

  • Each SKU packed separately with the SKU printed on the carton
  • Packing list checked line by line
  • Container loaded in SKU zones, in packing-list order
  • Kit SKUs shipped with 10% spare fasteners
  • Batch code on every carton

Why it worked: packing each SKU separately with its number on the carton, checking the packing list line by line and loading in packing-list order is what took missing-part complaints to zero. Kits ship with 10% spare fasteners, so a lost clip no longer becomes a claim.

Case Study: Color Consistency Across Batches

Case B · EU tier-1 program

Color consistency across paint batches — ΔE held under 1.0 on a body-color PC/ABS trim program.

The challenge

The first article passed, then the color drifted. Parts from two batches looked different side by side on the same car, which is the failure a tier-1 customer cannot accept.

What we did

  • A signed color plaque plus spectrophotometer readings as a double lock
  • Resin and colorant lots locked; any change triggers re-approval
  • 3C2B paint system with inline film thickness checks
  • A color plaque kept for each batch and the ΔE reading attached to the shipping documents

What Distributors Say

“Twenty-two SKUs in one container and I could unload it without opening a single carton to check what was inside. Communication is slower than a local supplier — expect a day, not an hour. The packing is worth it.”
Distributor Owner
“One carton arrived with the wrong clips. They air-freighted the correct ones before we finished the claim form. That is the test, not the mistake.”

How a Distributor Program Runs

  1. 01

    Range and samples

You send your SKU list or target vehicles. We confirm what we make, quote and send samples for approval.

  2. 02

    Approval and lock

Approved samples, materials, colors and packaging are recorded so every later batch is built to the same reference.

  3. 03

    Mixed container

Each SKU is packed and labeled separately, then loaded in SKU zones that follow the packing list.

  4. 04

    Repeat orders

Reorders use the same molds, materials and records. Changes are agreed with you before production.

  5. 05

    After-sales

If a carton is wrong, send photos and the batch code. Our aim is to get the correct parts moving before the paperwork is finished.

  6. 06

    Range growth

New SKUs are added through our OEM and ODM service when your customers ask for them.

FAQ

Can you ship a mixed container with many SKUs?

Yes. Each SKU is packed separately with the SKU printed on the carton, the packing list is checked line by line, and the container is loaded in SKU zones in packing-list order.

What is your MOQ for distributors?

MOQ is discussed per project, and we offer low MOQ on selected items.

How do you keep repeat orders the same as the first?

Approved samples, materials, colors and packaging are recorded. Material lot changes need re-approval, and painted parts ship with a color plaque and ΔE reading.

Do you sell wholesale under our brand or yours?

Either. We can pack under your brand with your labels and cartons, or supply our own catalog parts.

How are wrong or damaged parts handled?

Send photos and the carton batch code. Each carton carries a batch code, so we can trace the batch and arrange replacement parts quickly.
