Pain Points of Online Sellers

Online parts travel alone. Each unit goes through a fulfillment center, a parcel network and a customer’s doorstep, so packing that works on a pallet fails in a parcel. Re-packing at an overseas warehouse costs more than most sellers budget for.

Variant mix-ups

Left and right parts, model years and finishes look alike in a bag. Every unit needs a clear label.

Parcel damage

Long, glossy parts crack or scratch when they ship without corner protection.

Listing returns

Returns follow when the part in the box does not match the photo or the fitment list.

Key facts for e-commerce sellers

  • FBA labels and carton marking printed and applied in our warehouse.
  • Parcel-safe packing.
  • Every carton carries a batch code for traceability.
  • Low MOQ on selected items.
  • Two paint lines with a 3C2B system; painted color held to ΔE*ab ≤1.0.
  • Made in our IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certified factory of about 20,000 m² in Wuxi, China.

Many listing-ready accessories start with a material choice: PC/ABS for mirror housings and covers, carbon fiber look finishes for styling parts, or two-shot parts with soft edges.

How We Solve Them: FBA and Parcel Prep

Poly bag and warning

Bags with an opening of 5 in or more get a printed suffocation warning and vent holes.

Sold as Set label

“Sold as Set — Do Not Separate” on multi-part sets.

FNSKU on each unit

On a flat face, not covered by tape.

Carton and pallet labels

One label on each of the two long sides.

Carton limits

50 lb or less and 25 in or less per side. Team Lift marking over the weight limit, Mechanical Lift over 100 lb.

Protection

5-ply cartons, corner guards and custom EPE inserts.

Split cartons

By SKU or by store, using the split sheet you send.

Records

Each carton weighed, measured and photographed before shipping, so claims have evidence.

Who Generates Which Label

A factory can print and apply your labels, but some labels can only come from your brand or your seller account.

LabelGenerated byFactory role
GTIN / UPC / EANYour brand, through GS1We cannot generate it
FNSKU (X00…)Your seller accountWe cannot generate it; we print and apply it
FBA carton labelYour shipment planWe cannot generate it; we print and apply it
Pallet labelYour shipment planWe cannot generate it; we print and apply it

Barcode pitfalls to avoid: cheap resold UPC codes are blocked by GTIN validation. A factory’s GS1 prefix on your brand can trigger a brand mismatch. The clean route is your brand’s own GS1 prefix, or Brand Registry with a GTIN exemption.

What We Cannot Do

We also do not offer dropshipping or ship single orders to end customers. We ship bulk orders to your warehouse, prep center or fulfillment center.

System labels

We cannot generate FNSKU, FBA carton or pallet label data.

Shipment plans

We cannot create shipment plans or book delivery appointments.

Hazmat review

We cannot submit hazmat or dangerous goods review for your listing.

Brand Registry

We cannot apply for Brand Registry or a GTIN exemption for you.

Terms for Online Sellers

Marketplace sellers need small, frequent and label-ready shipments. We keep terms flexible because sellers start small: some requirements can be relaxed case by case, while destination warehouse rules and shipping route set others, so we agree them per project.

Case Study: Retail-Ready Packing for an EV Aftermarket Brand

Case C · North American EV aftermarket brand

Retail-ready packing for a North American EV aftermarket brand — parts arrive shelf-ready, not re-work.

The challenge

Every container had to be re-packed, re-labeled and re-photographed at the overseas warehouse. That cost never showed in the unit price, but it always came out of the margin.

What we did

  • 5-ply cartons, corner guards and custom EPE inserts
  • SKU label on the outside of every carton
  • Customer FNSKU and carton labels printed and applied by us; label data comes from the customer
  • Poly bags with suffocation warning, and "Sold as Set — Do Not Separate" on sets
  • Cartons kept to 50 lb or less and 25 in or less per side
  • Each carton weighed, measured and photographed for records

Why it worked: the drop in damage came mainly from replacing generic foam with EPE inserts cut for each part, a reduction that is realistic for cosmetic exterior parts. Re-packing labor fell to zero because every carton now carries its SKU label on the outside, so the warehouse can receive and put away without opening cartons. The packing itself did not remove that labor; the outside label did.

What Sellers Say

“The parts arrive shelf-ready. SKU on the outside of the carton, individually protected, and the carton weight is on the packing list. We used to budget two people for a week per container just to re-pack.”
Brand Founder
“We sell through several online channels, and every label mistake creates extra work. The team was patient with our FNSKU and carton marking requirements, even when we changed the artwork. That attention to the boring details really helped.”
