Product Line Notes for Wholesale Buyers

Gloss black front lip, spoiler, side skirts and rear diffuser

Spoilers and Body Kit Parts

Spoilers, lips, side skirts and diffusers are our core exterior lines. They are offered in gloss black, carbon pattern and primer finishes. Primer parts suit body shops that paint to the car’s color; gloss black and carbon pattern parts are ready to install. Real carbon fiber and fiberglass spoilers are available through our partner factories.

Gloss black window trim strips for chrome-delete programs

Black Trim Exterior Parts

Black trim parts support chrome-delete and blackout styling. They are molded in textured or gloss black, which keeps the finish consistent across repeat orders. See our chrome delete guide.

Plastic wheel covers with adhesive and clip-on wheel balancing weights

Wheel Center Caps, Wheel Covers and Steel Wheels

Center caps are injection-molded in our own factory, and we also make steel wheels. Buying caps and wheels from one source keeps sizes and retention matched, which matters for tire shops and wheel distributors.

Matte black aero wheel covers for 19 inch EV wheels

Tesla Model Y-specific Parts

Model Y-specific wheel caps, mud flaps and interior parts are a strong line for online sellers and EV accessory shops. We confirm the Model Y version on each SKU so your listings show the right fitment.

Tri-fold tonneau cover, running boards and bumper guard

Pickup Accessories

Tonneau covers and truck accessories ship with hardware kits and larger cartons. We label each kit by vehicle and bed size so the right product reaches the right customer.

Adhesive wheel balancing weights packed in a carton

Wheel Balancing Weights

Clip-on and adhesive balancing weights are supplied in bulk or in branded boxes for tire shops and service chains.

Our wholesale catalog covers automotive exterior parts, wheel and tire accessories and pickup accessories. Examples include front lips, spoilers, side skirts, diffusers, replacement bumper covers and grilles, wheel center caps, wheel covers, wheel balancing weights, tonneau covers and running boards. Steel wheels and related products are listed in our wheels and tire accessories category. Lead time depends on product and scale, and we confirm it with your quote.

How Wholesale Ordering Works

  1. 01

05 — Ordering Options

Assortment and Repeat Orders

Existing Tooling vs New Development

Products on existing tooling can be ordered straight away. If you need a new shape or a version for another vehicle, it becomes a development project, covered by our tooling and sampling and vehicle-specific development services.

Trial Quantity vs Regular Volume

New buyers often start with a trial order to test fit, quality and market response, then move to regular volume. We accept trial orders and plan regular orders around your sales.

Single SKU vs Mixed-category Orders

You can order a single SKU in volume or combine several product lines in one order. Mixed orders are packed and labeled by SKU so your warehouse can receive them easily.

Revision, Finish and Pack Consistency

Repeat customers expect the same product every time. We keep approved samples on file, check each batch against them, and control part revisions, color and gloss, and packaging so a reorder looks like the last order.

Replacement Parts and Spare Kits

Clips, screws, brackets and spare hardware can be supplied with the main product or as separate spare kits, which helps you handle after-sales requests without returns.

06 — Ordering Options

Choosing an Order Model

Wholesale buyers rarely start with the same order profile. The table below shows common models and when each one fits.

Order modelHow it worksBest for
Trial orderA small mixed order across selected SKUsTesting demand and checking quality
Range orderA wider assortment for a launch or new marketDistributors building a full category
Scheduled replenishmentRegular orders on an agreed rhythmBuyers with steady sell-through
Mixed containerSeveral product lines packed togetherImporters consolidating shipments

Low MOQ on Selected Items

We offer low MOQ on selected items.

Keeping Repeat Orders Consistent

Each repeat order is checked against the approved sample for finish, fit and packaging, so products from your third order match products from your first.

07 — Ordering Options

Samples, Ordering and Replenishment

Samples Before Bulk

Order samples to check fit, finish and packaging before you commit to a bulk order.

Order Quantities

We offer low MOQ on selected items.

Replenishment Planning

Lead time depends on product and scale. For regular buyers we plan production around your forecast so best-selling SKUs are replenished on time.

08 — Ordering Options

What Affects Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale prices are quoted per SKU. The main factors are the part size and material, the finish (molded-in black, primer, gloss black or carbon pattern), the packaging level, order quantity, any branding or labeling, and the documents required for your market.

Mixed-category orders are quoted line by line, so you can see the cost of each product. Because most items run on existing tooling, there is no development cost for catalog products.

09 — Ordering Options

Production Planning for Regular Buyers

Regular buyers benefit from planning. When you share a rolling forecast for your main SKUs, we can schedule molding, finishing and packing ahead of your reorder dates and keep approved packaging materials ready. Lead time still depends on product and scale, but planned orders move through production more smoothly than urgent ones.

We will tell you early if a material, packaging item or tool needs attention before your next order.

Production Capacity for Regular Buyers

Wholesale orders run on the same in-house molding capacity as our OEM projects, so repeat SKUs come from the same machines and tools each time.

Machine groupMachinesTypical parts
90–250 t12Clips, brackets, small trim strips
250–450 t11Grilles, mirror housings, door handle covers
450–800 t10Fender flares, side skirts, spoiler bodies

42Molding machines, 90–2,500 t
2 shifts16 hours a day
~1.5 MParts per month
~520 tResin per month

A rolling forecast lets us plan your SKUs into this capacity before the order is placed. Machine sizes and two-shot molding are on our injection molding page, and lot inspection on quality inspection and CMM.

10 — Ordering Options

Planning a Range That Sells

Wholesale buyers get the best results from a focused range that matches their market. We can help you choose SKUs by vehicle popularity in your market, by finish, and by how easy the part is to install. Starting with a smaller set of proven items and adding new SKUs as sales grow keeps stock under control.

Because most of our lines run on existing tooling, adding a new SKU to a regular order is usually straightforward.

11 — Packing & Logistics

Mixed Orders, Packing and Shipping

Exterior parts, EV accessories, pickup accessories and wheel and tire products can be combined under one purchase order. We inspect, pack and consolidate the order into one shipment with export documents. For larger multi-category programs, see sourcing solutions.

12 — Packing & Logistics

Packaging for Warehouses and Retail

Wholesale packaging must survive long transport and still look good on a shelf. Gloss parts are protected with film or sleeves, long parts with stiffeners, and small parts are bagged and counted. Cartons carry SKU, quantity and shipping marks. If you sell under your own brand, see private label and packaging for color boxes, barcodes and manuals.

13 — Packing & Logistics

Shipping and Export

We ship to buyers in more than 40 countries.

Commercial documents

Orders are shipped with the commercial documents your customs broker needs.

Consolidated shipments

Mixed-category orders can be consolidated into one shipment.

Other suppliers’ goods

Goods from other suppliers can be added through our sourcing solutions.

14 — Packing & Logistics

Wholesale for Different Markets

Fitment and documents change by market. A front lip for one region may not fit the bumper sold in another, and buyers in some markets ask for specific test reports or recycled-content statements. We confirm the target market for each SKU, keep regional versions as separate SKUs, and prepare documents per SKU and per destination market rather than promising one certificate for every product.

15 — Quality & Documents

Inspection on Every Wholesale Order

Incoming Materials

Resin, paint and packaging materials are checked before use, so finish and color stay the same from batch to batch.

In-process Checks

Parts are checked during molding and finishing for dimensions, surface quality and color against the approved sample.

Final Inspection

Before packing, each SKU is inspected for appearance, fit features, accessories and labeling. Mixed orders are checked item by item.

Records

Inspection records are kept for each order and can be shared on request, which helps distributors answer their own customers’ quality questions.

16 — Quality & Documents

Quality and Export Documents

Our factory is certified to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, and we ship to more than 40 countries. Every order goes through incoming, in-process and final inspection. On request we provide PPAP documentation up to Level 3, weathering test reports and recycled-content statements. See certifications and compliance.

  • The part revision matches the last approved version
  • Color, gloss and texture match the approved sample
  • Clips, screws and hardware match the bill of materials
  • Labels, barcodes and carton marks match your specification
  • Packaging protection matches the approved packaging sample
  • Inspection records are complete for each SKU
18 — Why Yirox

19 — Why Yirox

Why Distributors Choose Yirox

Own Factory, Stable Supply

Products are mainly made in our own approximately 20,000 m² factory, so tooling, materials and schedules stay under our control.

Established Since 2010

Yirox was founded in 2010 and has about 180 staff serving buyers in more than 40 countries.

Certified Quality System

ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certification, with PPAP up to Level 3 when your customers ask for it.

One Order, Several Lines

Exterior parts, wheel and tire products, pickup accessories and Model Y-specific parts can be combined in one purchasing process.

20 — Why Yirox

After-sales Support for Distributors

Distributors carry the after-sales risk for every part they sell. We help reduce it in three ways. First, spare clips, screws and hardware are available, so a missing or broken clip does not become a full return. Second, approved samples and inspection records make it easier to check a complaint against the standard.

Third, when a part needs a revision, for example after a vehicle facelift, we update the design under revision control and tell you which batches carry the new version.

21 — Checklist

  • Expected order quantity per SKU and how often you plan to reorder
  • Packaging needs: neutral, your own labels, or full private label

  • Any documents your market or customers require

What Buyers Say About Repeat Supply

Buyers on consistency from the first order to the next ones.

“We were sourcing wheel balancing weights and needed the specifications and packaging to stay consistent between orders. The team understood what our warehouse needed and didn’t treat those details as an afterthought. That makes receiving stock a lot simpler.”
Wholesale Purchasing ManagerWheel and Tire Accessories
“We didn’t want to commit to a large range before seeing how the products would perform in our market. They helped us work through a sensible trial order instead of pushing us straight into bigger quantities. It was a good way to start.”
