Why do pickups need a deeper flap?
A Ram 1500 or D-Max on a gravel road throws stones far enough to crack a following windscreen. A deep, stiff flap catches them, and many fleets require flaps for that reason.

Do the Jeep sets suit off-road use?
Yes. The Cherokee, Grand Cherokee and Renegade sets are moulded to sit high enough not to catch on ruts, while still covering the tread. Owners who fit larger tyres should tell us the tyre size, because a much wider tyre throws spray past a standard flap. Fleet buyers of the D-Max and Ram often order in bulk with plain packing.
What about Chevrolet and Dodge passenger models?
The Lacetti, Lova, Captiva and Journey sets serve markets where these cars are still common, such as Central Asia, the Middle East and Latin America. They are moulded to the original arches and fit with the supplied screws.
