How do I pick between Xpander versions?
The 2017 Xpander, the 2021 facelift and the Xpander Cross have different bumpers and need different flaps. For pickups from other brands, see Nissan Navara mud flaps and Toyota Hilux mud flaps.
What is the material and size?
PP throughout. The L200 2007-2014 set is 280 x 260 mm at the front and 265 x 285 mm at the rear, with a net weight of 1,700 g. The 2017 Xpander set is smaller, at 255 x 195 mm and 290 x 205 mm.
How are they installed?
With screws into the existing liner and body points. Fixings are supplied.
What are the packing and OEM options?
Boxed sets, export cartons, custom branding and new moulds, with low MOQ on selected items.

What else should Mitsubishi stockists know?
Mitsubishi updates its Asian models more often than its European ones. The Xpander, for example, has had three front and rear bumper designs since 2017, and each changes the flap. When a new version launches we add a set as soon as the mould is ready, so ask about any model year not shown in the table. The Outlander set covers the plug-in hybrid as well, because the body is the same. Triton buyers should also tell us whether the truck has factory wheel-arch flares, as some trims do, since the flare changes where the flap mounts. We can also supply the Triton set in plain fleet packaging for mining and plantation customers who buy dozens at a time.
Are the Xforce and Destinator sets new tools?
Yes. Both were moulded after the cars launched in Southeast Asia, so they match the production bumpers rather than prototype drawings.
