EV Accessory Distributors: Pain Points

Model-specific accessories

EV models change fast. Parts have to be developed from scans and fitted to specific models.

Mixed sources

Exterior parts and charging products come from different factories, and you need to know which is which.

Documents per market

Every target market asks for its own certifications on charging products.

EV Accessory Distributors: How We Solve Them

EV exterior accessories are made in our own factory. EV charging products come from partner factories that we manage, and market certifications are available on request for each target market.

Case Study: Retail-Ready Packing for an EV Aftermarket Brand

Case C · North American EV aftermarket brand

Retail-ready packing for a North American EV aftermarket brand — parts arrive shelf-ready, not re-work.

The challenge

Every container had to be re-packed, re-labeled and re-photographed at the overseas warehouse. That cost never showed in the unit price, but it always came out of the margin.

What we did

  • 5-ply cartons, corner guards and custom EPE inserts
  • SKU label on the outside of every carton
  • Customer FNSKU and carton labels printed and applied by us; label data comes from the customer
  • Poly bags with suffocation warning, and "Sold as Set — Do Not Separate" on sets
  • Cartons kept to 50 lb or less and 25 in or less per side
  • Each carton weighed, measured and photographed for records

Why it worked: the drop in damage came mainly from replacing generic foam with EPE inserts cut for each part, a reduction that is realistic for cosmetic exterior parts. Re-packing labor fell to zero because every carton now carries its SKU label on the outside, so the warehouse can receive and put away without opening cartons. The packing itself did not remove that labor; the outside label did.

Truck & 4×4 Retailers: Pain Points

Bed and cab fitment

A tonneau cover or running board has to match the bed length or cab type of each model and year.

Bulky shipping

Long cartons are easily damaged and costly to re-pack.

Missing brackets

Brackets and fasteners must match the vehicle and arrive complete.

Truck & 4×4 Retailers: How We Solve Them

Tonneau covers, running boards and truck exterior parts are made in our own factory. Fitment is confirmed by model, bed length and cab type, with 3D scanning where needed. Running boards ship with the brackets and fasteners for the listed vehicle, and each SKU is packed with corner protection and the SKU printed on the carton.

Tire & Wheel Shops: Pain Points

Accurate weights

Every segment has to match its marked weight so balancing is done in one pass.

Adhesive that holds

Adhesive weights must stay on the wheel through washes, heat and winter roads.

Consistent reorders

Reorders should look and work exactly like the last box on the shelf.

Tire & Wheel Shops: How We Solve Them

Clip-on and adhesive wheel balancing weights and plastic wheel covers are made in our own factory. Each lot is inspected before packing, and reorders follow the approved samples and packing, with a batch code on each carton. Alloy wheels are produced by our partner die-casting factories.

What Channel Buyers Say

“We were sourcing wheel balancing weights and needed the specifications and packaging to stay consistent between orders. The team understood what our warehouse needed and didn’t treat those details as an afterthought. That makes receiving stock a lot simpler.”
